BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA) – MALAPPURAMJob Summary
Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Malappuram team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and handling leads, counselling students and parents, converting enquiries into admissions, and achieving individual and branch sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify potential student leads.
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and personal interactions.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the Academic, Marketing, and Branch teams.
Requirements
- Any Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- 1+ year sales experience preferred; EdTech experience is an advantage.
- Excellent Malayalam and good English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred.
