Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects effectively. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects within timelines and budgets while ensuring smooth coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies
- Conduct regular meetings with teams and management regarding project status
- Maintain proper project documentation and records
- Support site coordination and operational activities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering civil
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of project planning and reporting tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel or relocate within Odisha if required
