Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our growing polyclinic in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, injuries, or movement dysfunctions, helping them restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through evaluation and clinical examination
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals within the polyclinic
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, safety, and hygiene standards
- Stay updated with latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
- Registration with relevant state or national physiotherapy council
- Valid license to practice in India
Experience
- 1–5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Freshers with strong clinical skills and internship exposure may also apply
- Experience in orthopedics, sports injuries, neuro-rehab, or post-operative rehab is a plus
