- Own OpenStack platform architecture and roadmap
- Lead major incident resolution and problem management
- Design availability, scalability, and performance improvements
- Drive cloud automation and orchestration initiatives
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh programs
- Define security, compliance, and governance controls
- Mentor operations teams and provide SME support
