At CliniLaunch Research Institute, we're looking for a motivated and target-driven Team Lead – Business Development to drive sales performance and contribute to our growing organization.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in EdTech Sales or Inside Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive conversions
- Experience in customer counseling, lead conversion, and revenue generation
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in any one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam,Kannada) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and professionals through calls and follow-ups
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Drive enrollments by effectively converting leads into admissions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners
- Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system
