Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all assigned sites.
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower including security, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Monitor site performance through regular visits, audits, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage smooth transition and setup of new sites within defined timelines.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all clients.
- Conduct daily/regular client meetings and site visits.
- Address client concerns, escalations, and service issues promptly.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure all communications include relevant stakeholders (Management & HR).
3. Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and control operational teams across locations.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper coordination between field staff and management.
4. Planning & Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily site visit plans before 08:00 AM.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, client meetings, and updates in CRM.
- Submit monthly performance and feedback reports.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with team and management.
5. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Identify manpower requirements as per site needs.
- Coordinate with HR for timely recruitment and deployment.
- Ensure adequate staffing at all sites at all times.
6. Compliance & Monitoring
- Ensure adherence to site timings, operational standards, and company policies.
- Maintain discipline and compliance across all sites.
- Monitor start/end time of operations and report deviations.
7. Business Development & Growth
- Generate leads through client visits and networking.
- Support business expansion by converting leads into new clients/sites.
- Participate in tenders and business proposals as required.
8. Financial & Administrative Control
- Ensure timely submission of travel and operational expenses within 2 days.
- Monitor cost control and operational efficiency.
- Handle rate revisions with clients every 6 months.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
