Responsible for all mis-en-place items.
Performs all necessary tasks to serve Food & Beverage according to the service standards and operating manuals of the hotel.
Greets and seats guests and ensures their comfort at the table.
Order taking from the Guests.
To ensure prompt food service to the Guests.
Responsible for all telephonic communication between the guests and outlet.
To maintain inventory of all the F&B Service equipment, utensils, cutleries & crockeries.
Actively elicits guest feedback and takes appropriate responsive action.
Maintains maximum hygiene personally, inside the restaurant and in all back of house areas by performing appropriate cleaning tasks.
Suggests changes in menu items or service procedures, as per guest feedback or perceived need.
Attends to and serves the guests promptly.
Responsible for actively selling the outlet and food and beverage therein.
Responsible for maintaining necessary documentation and records in the outlet (e.g. log book, guest history cards etc.).
Ensures minimum breakage spoilage & wastage.
Responsible for creating and collecting accurate bills and amounts for all service done.
