About Us:
Curis Life is a multispecialty OPD clinic in Andheri West offering specialist consultations, in-house diagnostics, and procedures, focused on delivering a smooth, professional patient experience.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a warm, organized, and communicative individual to manage front-desk reception and outbound/inbound patient calling, helping patients book appointments, follow up on visits, and create a great first impression of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in patients at the reception desk
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp queries regarding appointments, services, and pricing
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and lead conversion
- Coordinate with doctors and the PCC team on scheduling
- Maintain accurate patient records and data in the CRM
- Support day-to-day front-office operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate: Minimum 3 years of experience in front office, telecalling, or customer service.
- HSC (12th Pass): Minimum 5 years of experience in front office, telecalling, or customer service.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
- Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp-based communication
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge (training will be provided)
- Pleasant, patient-first attitude
Compensation:
- Fixed salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
- Higher earning potential through performance-based incentives
