Job Purpose
To lead and manage end-to-end product strategy, development, launch and lifecycle management for the Hydropod Division’s filtration and softening product lines. Drive product-market fit, dealer enablement and continuous improvement to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion and customer satisfaction in residential, commercial and light-industrial segments.
2. Key Responsibilities
Product Identification & Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and gaps in current Hydropod offerings
- Analyze competitor products, pricing and technology trends
- Define product requirements and target customer segments based on water quality challenges (hardness, iron, organics, etc.)
Branding & Positioning
- Develop and maintain Hydropod brand guidelines, value proposition and messaging
- Collaborate with marketing to create product collateral, presentations and campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels (website, dealers, adverts)
Product Design & Development
- Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams for product design, prototyping and testing
- Define technical specifications, performance targets and regulatory requirements (NSF, CE, RoHS)
- Lead cross-functional product development sprints, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
System Implementation & Development
- Partner with IT and operations to implement ERP/PIM modules for Hydropod product data management
- Oversee development of automation for order processing, inventory tracking and service scheduling
- Pilot new digital tools (e.g., dealer portal, customer CRM integration)
Website Development & Digital Presence
- Manage content, structure and UX/UI enhancements for the Hydropod section of doshionpoly.com
- Work with web developers to integrate product configurators, lead-capture forms and technical downloads
- Track website analytics (traffic, bounce rates, form submissions)
Technical Documentation & Manuals
- Prepare and maintain detailed installation guides, user manuals and maintenance SOPs
- Update technical content for new models, media types and accessory offerings
- Coordinate translations and localization for key markets
Product Improvement & Lifecycle Management
- Collect and analyze field data (performance, complaints, warranty claims) to drive continuous improvement
- Plan product refreshes, cost-reduction initiatives and end-of-life strategies
- Define roadmaps for next-generation Hydropod systems and media innovations
Dealer Performance & Training
- Monitor dealer KPIs (sales volume, lead conversion, service turn-around time)
- Design and deliver technical and sales training programs (online webinars, on-site workshops)
- Develop certification criteria and reward schemes for top-performing dealers
Market Feedback & Support
- Establish feedback loops from dealers, service teams and end customers
- Lead quarterly reviews to identify market trends, complaints and feature requests
- Provide second-tier technical support for escalated issues
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with R&D, manufacturing, quality control, supply chain and finance
- Coordinate launch plans with marketing, sales and service departments
- Participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
