Lead the design and development of new products, from concept generation to manufacturing implementation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and projecttimelines.
Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for mechanical components andassemblies.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to inform design decisions and manufacturingstrategies.
Optimize designs for manufacturability, scalability, and cost efficiency, considering factors such as materials, processes, and supply chain logistics.
Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of designs to ensure performance, reliability, and regulatorycompliance.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures, including tooling, fixtures, and quality controlmeasures.
Coordinate with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless production ramp-up andongoing support.
Continuously evaluate and improve product designs and manufacturing processes based on feedback, dataanalysis, and industry best practices.
