Role Description:
This is a full-time and Part time on-site role for a Telecaller at Apollo Computer Education, Pallavaram. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about courses and services, and converting leads into enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, sales proficiency, and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently. The Telecaller will also mentor junior telecallers and contribute to improving customer relations and service processes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear phone presence
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work with targets and handle customer objections
- Proficiency in using CRM software and call management tool
