Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Zoho solutions to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho applications, automation, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.)
- Design and implement workflows, automation, and business process solutions
- Write and manage Deluge scripts for advanced customization
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using APIs
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and validation
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Maintain proper documentation for processes and developments
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator / Zoho Suite
- Knowledge of Deluge scripting
- Experience with API integration and webhooks
- Understanding of business process automation
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Zoho Certification (preferred)
- Experience in Telecom / ISP domain (added advantage)
