Key Responsibilities
Develop steady-state and dynamic process simulation models using UniSim, HYSYS/Aveva Pro II (SimSci Pro II) and VMGSim.
Perform mass and energy balance calculations and validate models against plant and design data
Support process design, debottlenecking, optimization, and what-if scenario analysis
Collaborate with process, operations, digital, and solution architecture teams
Support digital twin, OTS, and advanced control initiatives
Prepare technical documentation, assumptions, and simulation reports
Provide technical inputs for solution definition and estimation support
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in process simulation and modeling
Strong expertise in Honeywell UniSim or Aspen HYSYS/Aveva Pro II (SimSci Pro II) and VMGSim.
Good understanding of unit operations, thermodynamics, and process engineering principles
Experience interpreting PFDs, P&IDs, and process design documents
Industry experience in oil & gas, chemicals, energy, or process manufacturing
Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
