Job Title : Customer Relationship Executive
Location : Nanthencode Trivandrum
Educational Qualification :Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Exp : 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or the construction/real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attend and respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
2.Generate and qualify sales leads through follow-ups and referrals.
3.Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
4.Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers to prospective customers.
5.Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
6.Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into bookings or sales.
Skills Required
1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
3.Ability to build long-term client relationships.
4.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/MIS software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
