Job Summary
The Technical Service / Installation Incharge will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site installation activities, managing technicians, engineers, and labour teams, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The role requires technical expertise in Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical systems, along with strong reporting, planning, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and supervise site installation and service activities.
- Manage and coordinate labour, technicians, and engineers at project sites.
- Plan daily work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution of installation work.
- Prepare and submit Daily Site Technical Reports to management.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical systems.
- Verify material usage and site resource requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and service activities.
- Maintain project documentation and installation records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical systems.
- Site management and team-handling capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and modifying drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Employment Type
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
