Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers and explain our books and services.
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain customer records.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and basic Hindi.
- Basic AI knowledge.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Prior telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Class 10/12th Board result above 70% (required)
