Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our clinic as a Patient Care Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception desk, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the clinic.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Manage patient registrations and maintain records accurately.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
- Provide information regarding clinic services and procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle billing, payments, and receipts as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or healthcare settings preferred.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
