Management Trainee – Civil / Mechanical

Key Responsibilities
- Assist project and management teams in day-to-day project and operational activities.
- Support planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of assigned project activities.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, MIS, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor assigned activities and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in maintaining project records, drawings, checklists, and other relevant documentation.
- Support quality, safety, productivity, and compliance-related activities.
- Understand and follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, meetings, training programs, and cross-functional assignments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of efficient work practices.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and progressively handle responsibilities independently.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Interns are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations as per business requirements.
