About the Role
We are looking for a creative and talented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create creative and engaging designs for social media platforms.
- Design posts, stories, banners, advertisements, reels covers, and other digital creatives.
- Develop creative concepts according to client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the content and digital marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual identity.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and creative styles.
- Handle multiple client projects and manage priorities effectively.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or Coral Draw.
- Knowledge of Canva and other design tools is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous creative/design work is required.
