As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, building, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Administration.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools within Salesforce.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
