About the Role:
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in international collections (UK/US process) who are comfortable handling customer conversations, follow-ups, and payment recovery over calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls to UK customers for payment follow-ups
- Manage overdue accounts and ensure timely collections
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with internal teams for query resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2+ years in International Collections
- Strong spoken English (UK-facing role)
- Not suitable for pure accounting / backend finance profiles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
