Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of complex applications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The individual acts as the central liaison, guiding the project from conception through implementation while overseeing progress and addressing challenges to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Good To Have Skills: Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub, Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger, Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within financial systems.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices for enterprise financial software.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
