Laravel / Backend:
1. Strong proficiency in Laravel and PHP
2. 5-6 year's experience
3. Solid understanding of MVC architecture and Eloquent ORM
4. Experience with Laravel versions (v8/v9/v10)
5. Ability to design and manage RESTful APIs
6. Experience with MySQL/SQL database optimization
7. Server management experience (Linux, Apache/Nginx)
8. Experience in deployments, SSL, and domain configuration
Additional Skills (Good to Have):
* Experience with WordPress development
* Ability to build custom WordPress themes (without page builders)
* Experience in developing and extending custom WordPress plugins
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
