Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Meeting Management: Manage complex,, high-level schedules, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating meetings (virtual and in-person).
- Communication Gatekeeper: Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, prioritizing or redirecting them on behalf of the director.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and memos.
- Travel Coordination: Organize detailed, complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Strategic Support: Follow up on tasks, track deadlines, and provide updates to the director.
- Confidentiality: Maintain high-level discretion regarding sensitive company information, client matters, and employee issues.
- Liaison Duties: Act as the primary point of contact between the director and other staff, board members, or clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (often 4-10+ years for senior roles).
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
