Job Summary
PRINCY Mom & Babys is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, influencer marketing, and brand building.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media accounts.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance using insights and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for content creation.
- Assist in planning product launches, promotions, giveaways, and festive campaigns.
- Work closely with the E-commerce team to support product promotions and brand awareness.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending content.
- Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations.
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of baby care, parenting, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or any related field.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
