IT Project Bidder / Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated IT Project Bidder / Business Development Executive who can help us identify new software development opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify relevant software development projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare customized and professional project proposals.
- Understand client requirements and communicate our solutions effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and manage client communication.
- Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into projects.
- Coordinate with the technical team whenever technical clarification is required.
- Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT project bidding, business development, or lead generation.
- Good understanding of software development services.
- Experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand project requirements and create relevant proposals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interest in building long-term client relationships.
