Job Summary
Task Description: •5 to 7 years of experience in 3LS Application support for .NET based application
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex incidents and recurring issues.
- Analyze application logs, event logs, and system diagnostics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and failures.
- Strong analytical thinking, very good communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems including configuration, deployment, site bindings and certificates. Any common scripting languages e.g. schedulers
- C# , •.NET Core, •.Net MVC , • MSSQL Server
- Experience in IIS (trouble shooting application and Deployment). Handle application deployments, patching, and configuration changes across environments.
Work closely with development teams to resolve code-level issues and suggest fixes or improvements.
Support CI/CD pipelines and release management processes for .NET applications.
