About Us:
Alshifa Cupping Clinic is a growing wellness organization specializing in Hijama (Cupping Therapy) and holistic healthcare services. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to join our Chennai location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on job portals (Indeed, etc.) and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Manage employee documentation and joining formalities
- Support basic HR operations and administrative tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Bachelor’s degree (HR background preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Willingness to work from Chennai location
