Key Responsibilities
- Data Reporting & Dashboards: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, inventory, performance) and develop interactive dashboards for management.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and anomalies that affect business operations.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the MIS.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand their data needs and provide, analytical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VBA, Pivot Tables), SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex data.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical data in clear business terms.
Experience
- Typically 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or MIS roles.
