Our mission is to create a supportive environment for children to achieve their full potential.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated full-time Language &amp; Communication Therapist for an on-site role located in Siddipet. The role involves assessing and evaluating language delays, formulating personalized therapy plans, and providing effective interventions to improve communication skills in children. The therapist will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support the child&rsquo;s development, monitor progress, and adapt therapy techniques accordingly. The position requires engaging with children in a compassionate and patient-centered manner while maintaining accurate records of therapeutic progress.Qualifications<ul><li>Strong skills in Speech and Language Assessment, Therapy Planning, and Intervention Techniques</li><li>Proficiency in Nonverbal Communication Development and Articulation Therapy Strategies</li><li>Ability to collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively with children</li><li>Previous experience in applied therapy for developmental delays is preferred</li><li>Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Linguistics, or a related field</li><li>Competency in handling on-site equipment and therapy tools</li></ul>Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Siddipet, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period ? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Special education: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Speech therapy: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Siddipet, Telangana (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
