Hiring: Telecaller Executive – IT Sales & Sevices
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our IT Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our IT services
- Pitch our services effectively and understand client requirements
- Generate new leads through cold calling and other sources
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients
- Maintain and update lead/call records
- Handle client queries and build strong relationships
- Schedule meetings/demos with interested prospects
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly lead/conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team for smooth client conversion
Requirements:
- Good English and Hindi communication skills
- Confident and convincing personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Sales/telecalling experience preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Candidates should be comfortable with a target-oriented sales environment
