Job Opening: Fertility Staff Nurse for Aanvi Fertility Centre, Shivam Road, Hyderabad
Position: Staff Nurse
Location: Shivam Road, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience
Qualification: B.Sc. in Nursing
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients at both outpatient and inpatient medical facilities, ensuring patient comfort before, during, and after medical procedures and surgeries.
- Maintain, monitor, and update all medical records and prepare daily reports.
- Verify all consent forms before and after each procedure.
- Document and oversee the availability and maintenance of medical instruments.
- Regularly inspect the crash cart, ensuring necessary drugs are stocked, up-to-date, and properly recorded.
- Supervise OT cleaning, conduct culture tests, and manage waste according to facility protocols.
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinical coordinator for scheduling outpatient and inpatient procedures.
- Administer injections and monitor patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure.
- Assist consultants during scans.
- Foster effective relationships with patients and medical staff, providing a compassionate and professional environment.
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Maintain comprehensive medical records, oversee all registers, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare and submit consumption reports to relevant departments, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Enforce infection control protocols and proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
