The Merchandising manager will support the merchandising team in daily coordination activities, vendor and internal communication, data management, and execution of apparel photo shoots. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in the apparel merchandising industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage and track phone calls, emails, and follow-ups related to orders and samples
- Maintain and update merchandising data, reports, and spreadsheets accurately
- Support sample tracking, order status updates, and documentation
- Assist in planning and coordinating apparel photo shoots
- Ensure garments, accessories, and styling requirements are ready for shoots
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and internal teams during shoots
- Help organize and maintain product records and visual assets
- Perform any other merchandising-related tasks assigned by the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion, Merchandising, Textile, or related field
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and data handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
- Interest in apparel, fashion, and merchandising
- Basic understanding of garment types and styles is a plus
