Responsibilities
- Counsel students about courses and career opportunities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, chats, and emails
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures
- Follow up with leads and maintain student records
- Achieve admission and counseling targets
- Coordinate with the academic and support team
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
