Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of Baklawa products using traditional recipes and techniques.
- Prepare different types of Ladoos such as Besan Ladoo, Motichoor Ladoo, Dry Fruit Ladoo, Coconut Ladoo, Boondi Ladoo, and other seasonal varieties.
- Measure, mix, cook, bake, shape, and decorate products according to standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, appearance, and portion sizes.
- Prepare fillings, syrups, sugar solutions, nut mixtures, and garnishes.
- Monitor baking and cooking temperatures and adjust processes as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and quality control standards.
- Check the quality of raw materials and report shortages or quality issues.
- Minimize wastage and optimize the use of ingredients.
- Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal products.
- Pack and label finished products as per company standards.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in bakery, confectionery, or traditional sweets production.
- Experience in preparing Baklawa, Ladoos, and other premium sweets is preferred.
- Knowledge of baking equipment, ovens, mixers, and confectionery tools.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Good attention to detail and product presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery or a related culinary field.
- Experience in Middle Eastern or premium Indian sweet manufacturing is an added advantage.
Working Conditions
