Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Noida.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, developing customer relationships, supporting international sales initiatives, and promoting PharmaNanoAI's portfolio of biotechnology products and custom research services.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals who are passionate about biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, scientific sales, and international business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, academic, CRO, CDMO, and life science sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn, industry databases, conferences, exhibitions, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Promote PharmaNanoAI's product portfolio including:
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Support international business development activities with customers in North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Participate in scientific conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Build strategic relationships with distributors, dealers, and research organizations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to understand scientific products and explain technical concepts effectively.
- Basic understanding of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemistry, molecular biology, or life sciences is preferred.
