Job Description :
An MD (Managing Director) Secretary provides high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the executive's office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents for the MD.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and other departments or external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and other events.
- Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
