We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage the front desk, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
