Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer with a background in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering to deliver high-quality training programs. The role involves content development, training delivery, and coordination with clients while leveraging LMS platforms for effective learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver technical training sessions on automotive/mechanical subjects to students/trainees.

Develop, update, and customize training content, presentations, and learning materials.

Manage and utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery, tracking, and reporting.
-
Coordinate with client stakeholders for training schedules, feedback, and reporting.
-
Monitor trainee progress, conduct assessments, and provide performance feedback.
-
Maintain training records, reports, and data dashboards for management review.
-
Ensure adherence to training quality standards and client expectations.
-
Support continuous improvement of training modules based on industry trends and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
-
2–4 years of experience in training/teaching.
-
2–3 years of hands-on industry experience in the automotive/mechanical domain.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.

Working knowledge of LMS and digital learning platforms.

Ability to develop structured training content and instructional materials.

Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to engage and manage diverse learner groups.

Adaptability to client-specific training requirements.
