Tele Marketing Executive
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. The Tele Marketing Executive will play a vital role in generating leads, explaining our products or services, and converting potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a goal-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company’s products/services.
Use scripts to provide accurate product/service information.
Identify customer needs and answer questions effectively.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
Generate leads and fix appointments for sales representatives or closures.
Follow up with leads via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or emails as required.
Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with warm and cold leads.
Handle incoming calls from customers.
Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
Resolve queries and escalate issues if necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Data Management & Reporting:
Record all conversations and customer details accurately in CRM or databases.
Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and performance reports.
Submit regular reports to the Team Leader or Manager.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Contribute to team goals and overall company performance.
