We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our SEO services. The Telecaller will be expected to build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our SEO services
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
- Offer solutions that meet customer requirements
- Provide accurate information about our services and pricing
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
