Job Summary
RCC Infrastructure is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The role provides practical exposure in recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and departments
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in HR administrative tasks and documentation
Support employee engagement activities
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR data
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Human Resources or Business Administration
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
