We are a growing IT company specializing in software development, web applications, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services. We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Manage exit formalities, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and celebrations.
- Address employee queries and support employee relations initiatives.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
HR Operations
- Maintain HR policies, employee files, and attendance records.
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HRMIS data.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback processes.
- Track employee goals, reviews, and development plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT company.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HRMS software and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring IT professionals such as Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Project Managers.
- Understanding of technical recruitment and IT industry trends.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies.
