Job Summary
Support the IT sales team by translating customer requirements into suitable technical solutions. Manage product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, RFP responses and technical presentations while supporting the sales team in addressing technical objections.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with prospects and document findings.
- Map customer requirements to product capabilities and support solution design.
- Build and deliver customised product demonstrations.
- Develop and manage proof-of-concept environments.
- Prepare technical sections of RFP, RFQ and RFI responses.
- Create solution presentations, comparison matrices and ROI calculators.
- Address technical queries from prospects during the evaluation process.
- Coordinate with the product team on custom or specific technical requirements.
Requirements
- Any Graduate; technical or IT background preferred.
- 0–4 years of experience in pre-sales or a related IT role.
- Requirements gathering and basic solution design skills.
- Product demonstration and presentation skills.
- Experience managing proof-of-concept activities.
- Technical RFP/RFQ/RFI writing skills.
- IT product knowledge and competitive analysis skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,800.00 per month
