Job Description:
Babji Inframet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Administrative Executive to manage daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking and responding to official emails in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring and applying for relevant tenders
- Maintaining daily bookkeeping records (basic accounting entries, invoices, etc.)
- Managing and updating inventory records
- Coordinating with internal teams and external parties (vendors, clients, etc.)
- Maintaining proper documentation and filing systems
- Assisting in day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Good proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred
- Must be able to commute daily to Por GIDC, Vadodara
