Job description:
Responsibilities-
- Lead Generation: Making cold/warm calls to prospective clients, explaining projects, features/benefits.
- Walk-In Achievements: Scheduling Site Visits
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating database records of customer information, call logs, and follow-ups.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers and performing follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Adherence: Following call scripts, company policies, and sales procedures.
