Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and creative LinkedIn Marketing & Ads Manager to lead our LinkedIn growth, content marketing, lead generation, and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing LinkedIn company pages, building brand visibility, executing targeted outreach campaigns, running LinkedIn Ads, and generating qualified leads to support business growth and recruitment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Organic Marketing
* Manage and optimise LinkedIn company pages and leadership profiles.
* Create, schedule, and publish 3–4 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week focused on recruitment, employer branding, career development, industry insights, and business growth.
* Develop and implement LinkedIn growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
* Research trending industry topics and create engaging content aligned with business goals.
* Build a strong online presence for the company through consistent posting and audience engagement.
* Monitor LinkedIn analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
* Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve content performance.
LinkedIn Lead Generation & Networking
* Identify and connect with targeted professionals, decision-makers, recruiters, HR leaders, business owners, and potential clients.
* Initiate and manage professional conversations through LinkedIn messaging.
* Qualify prospects and nurture relationships through LinkedIn outreach.
* Move interested candidates or business prospects to WhatsApp, email, meetings, or discovery calls.
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and candidates.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets.
LinkedIn Advertising (Paid Campaigns)
* Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, recruitment, and business growth.
* Develop audience targeting strategies based on industry, job title, company size, geography, and professional interests.
* Create compelling ad copy, campaign creatives, lead generation forms, and landing page recommendations.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creatives.
* Analyse key metrics including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
* Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Generate regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop campaign assets.
## Requirements
* Proven experience in LinkedIn Marketing, LinkedIn Lead Generation, and LinkedIn Advertising.
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn networking strategies, organic growth, and content marketing.
* Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager.
* Experience in B2B lead generation and professional networking.
* Excellent written communication, copywriting, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, Excel, and marketing automation tools.
* Ability to work independently and achieve monthly growth and lead generation targets.
* Strong organisational, reporting, and project management skills.
* Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, digital marketing, professional services, or B2B industries will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
* LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
* Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
* Basic understanding of landing page optimisation and conversion tracking.
* Familiarity with lead nurturing and marketing automation platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) -
* Growth in LinkedIn followers and engagement rate.
* Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
* Connection acceptance and response rates.
* Cost per Lead (CPL) and campaign ROI.
* Lead-to-meeting and lead-to-conversion rates.
* Content reach, impressions, and engagement performance.
* Recruitment and business development outcomes generated through LinkedIn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
