Job Overview
As an Elevation Designer, you will be responsible for designing attractive and practical building facades for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to create elevations that balance aesthetics, functionality, structural feasibility, and client preferences.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Elevation Design
- Design front, side, and rear elevations for residential and commercial projects.
- Create modern, contemporary, luxury, traditional, and custom facade concepts.
- Develop visually appealing exterior compositions using architectural principles.
- Ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.
3D Visualization
- Create realistic 3D elevation models and renders.
- Prepare presentation visuals for client approvals.
- Generate multiple design options based on client preferences.
- Enhance projects through realistic material and lighting representation.
Design Development
- Select suitable facade materials, textures, colors, and finishes.
- Incorporate architectural elements such as balconies, pergolas, louvers, cladding, and feature walls.
- Maintain design consistency with the overall architectural concept.
- Consider natural lighting, proportions, and visual balance.
Client & Team Coordination
- Understand client requirements and design preferences.
- Modify designs based on feedback and project constraints.
- Coordinate with architects and project teams during design development.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of architectural elevation design.
- Good knowledge of building aesthetics and facade composition.
- Ability to create innovative and practical exterior designs.
- Attention to detail and strong visualization skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience, project complexity, and quality of work. Freelance, contract, and full-time engagement options are available.
