We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives across multiple fintech brands. This role requires a hands-on marketing leader with expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Team Leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving business growth, leading marketing teams, and delivering measurable results through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Lead SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Build SEO and content strategies that improve organic traffic and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, and ROI.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while developing junior and underperforming team members.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design teams to support business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending across multiple channels.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with industry standards and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, SEO, digital marketing, and fintech.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Leadership.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading and developing marketing teams.
- Fintech or Financial Services marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, and Organic Growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and improving campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
