Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
Position: HR Manager
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Payroll Coordination & HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of ESI, PF & Statutory Compliance
- HR Policy Implementation & Documentation
- Attendance, Leave & Employee Records Management
- Labor Law Compliance & HR Audits
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of ESI/PF Compliance (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS
- MBA/PG in HR preferred
